Express Down Chappell 8-0

In the junior game on Tuesday, the WESTCO Ex-press posted an 8-0 win

over Chappell in five innings.

Tharyn Curtis allowed just two hits and struck out six in getting the

win on the mound.

Leading 1-0 after one, the Express plated five runs in the second and

added two more in the third to round out the scoring.

Joseph Sanchez went 2-for-3 and drove in three for WESTCO. Eric

Moreno went 2-for-2 and scored two runs. Also collecting two hits in

the game for the Express were Ty Wilson and Jordan Ramirez. Joe

Moran and Connor Wilburn scored two runs each.

The Express finished the game with 10 hits.
